Please be advised that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Surrey Canadian Baseball Association will be held on:

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Fleetwood Library – 15996 84 Ave, Surrey, BC

Please note: there will be no online option to attend this year.

At the AGM, a new Executive and Board of Directors will be elected. This group will oversee the delivery of Winter Training, as well as the Spring, Summer, and Fall Ball seasons in 2026. We encourage members to consider putting their name forward or nominating others to serve on the Board. A summary of Board responsibilities is included in the attached bylaws.

Motions to Amend Bylaws/Constitution
Any motions to amend our Constitution and Bylaws (attached) must be submitted to the Secretary (secretary@surreycanadian.com) no later than October 13, 2025. Such motions will be added to the AGM agenda. Please note that changes to the Constitution and Bylaws cannot be introduced from the floor during the meeting.

Incentive Prize Draw – Attendance Only

To thank members who attend in person, we will be holding a prize draw at the AGM. Prizes will be awarded based on your child’s 2026 age division:

• U5 Blastball, U7 Rally Cap, U9 Tadpole: One free 2026 Spring registration

• U11 Mosquito, U13 Peewee, U15 Bantam, U18 Midget: $100 off 2026 Spring registration

Looking Ahead
Following a successful 2025 season, our focus remains on rebuilding registration, especially in our younger divisions. We encourage more members to take an active role in helping us grow and strengthen the program.
