Regular rates apply for 1st and 2nd child.  For 3rd or more child, 50% off registration.  Rates are payable from oldest to youngest. Registrants after March 1 may be placed on Waiting List.  Register early to avoid disappointment.  Proof of age is required for all NEW players.  While we will make every attempt to place siblings on the same team, we cannot guarantee any player placement on any particular team. 

All registered players (Tadpole-Midget) will have the opportunity to join the SCBA WINTER TRAINING from Monday, January 13 - Sunday, March 9 . Only registered players will be eligible to attend these sessions. These practices will be held in our Batting Cage and are included with your registration fees at no additional charge as part of our 2025 Spring season.

Surrey Canadian Baseball is successful due to member participation.  We ask for volunteer hours from everyone involved.  Please select the volunteer option listed on the online form.  Opportunities will be filled on a first-come first served basis.  Once your volunteer shift/duty has been completed (minimum of 4 hours per child), your volunteer fees will be refunded.

The season starts at the beginning of April and runs through to mid-June, where playoffs start if your division provides it (11U Mosquito and up).

**REFERRAL INCENTIVE - Tadpole level and above**

Earn $50.00 for each *new player that signs up with SCBA. Ask new players to note the referring SCBA players name on their registration form *sibling excluded.

**REFUND POLICY**

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SCBA Registrar. 
Spring registration includes winter clinic for 9U Tadpole and higher divisions. A refund less $100 registration fee and $30.00 administration fee will be issued if received by the registrar prior to March 1st.  For 5U Blastball and 7U Rally Cap refund less $30 admin fee will be issued if received by the registrar prior to March 1st. 50% refund will be issued if received between March 2nd and April 15th less $30 administration fee. No refunds after April 15th.  Please allow 30 days processing time. 

***Note: Any outstanding fees/unpaid volunteer deposits from previous seasons(s) must be paid in full prior to a registered player being placed on a team***
