Winter Training practices are open to all Surrey Canadian Baseball Association registered players for 8 weeks between Monday, January 9th - Sunday, March 5th. These practices will be held in our Batting Cage and are included with your registration fees at no additional charge as part of our 2023 Spring season.

SCBA Spring registration must be completed prior to attending for insurance purposes. Registered players must sign up in advance for maximum one practice slot per week per division.

No drop-ins! Class sizes are limited to ensure player safety and to maximize training values.

 

SCBA Winter Training

Tadpole (9U):

Group A - Saturdays 11:30 am – 12:25 pm (max 12)
Group B - Saturdays 12:30 pm – 1:25 pm (max 12)
Group C - Saturdays 1:30 pm - 2:25 pm (max 12) * hold for when needed

Mosquito (11U):

Group A - Tuesdays 6:00 pm - 6:55 pm (max 12)
Group B - Thursdays 6:00 pm - 6:55 pm (max 12)
Group C - Saturdays 2:30 pm - 3:25 pm (max 12) * hold for when needed

Peewee A (13U):

Group A - Tuesdays 7:00 pm - 7:55 pm (max 12)
Group B - Thursdays 7:00 pm - 7:55 pm (max 12)

Bantam A (15U):

Group A - Tuesdays 8:00 pm - 8:55 pm (max 12)
Group B - Saturdays 3:30 pm - 4:25 pm (max 12)

Bantam AA (15U):

This is a merged team with Newton. Pre-season practices will be held:

Group A - Thursdays at 8:00 pm - 9:10 pm (max 12)
Group B - Sundays 11:30 am - 12:40 pm (max 12)
Group C - Sundays 12:45 pm - 1:55 pm (max 12)

Official team tryout dates to be determined. Until the team is picked, all registered 15U players are eligible to participate in one AA session per week.

Midget AA (18U):

Group A - Saturdays 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm (max 12)
Group B - Sundays 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm (max 12)

South Fraser Giants Midget AAA (18U):

Sundays 6:15 pm - 9:15 pm
