A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF COACH DEVELOPMENT:
In the coming 2010 season we will continue to focus our attention on coaching development. In the spring we will announce a date for an initial "Coaches Meeting" . At this meeting we will be setting up our clinics, arranging coaches for the upcoming year, and discussing some of the ideas we have for development and assistance to coaches. Throughout the year we will be looking to put additional tools in place that can help coaches in their own team development, including coaching handbooks, training tools, and a video library.
SCBA supports and reimburses coaches that volunteer their time to take these training courses. Please see the Coaching Certification tab for more details, or contact an SCBA executive member if you have any questions.
