Division/Year of Birth is as of January 1st of 2010.

The registration fees, as shown below, are for the 1st and 2nd child. Registration for the 3rd or more child in the family is free. The rates are payable from oldest to youngest. Registration cheques can be the current date or post-dated to no later than February 15th, 2010.

A concession/volunteer fee of $100.00 per family (post dated for June 15th, 2010), must also be submitted at time of registration. This fee will be refunded after your 4 hour volunteer shift has been completed. It is your responsibility to contact the parent coordinator to arrange your volunteer time and date. Registrations submitted without the concession/volunteer fee will not be processed.

A uniform deposit fee, payable by a separate cheque for $100.00 per child, (post dated for June 30th, 2010), must be submitted prior to uniform issue (hat, socks, jersey and pants). This cheque will be shredded upon return of the jersey, pants and belt in clean and good condition at the end of season.

All Mosquito, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget players must attend evaluations for the division draft in early March - times to be announced.

We cannot guarantee spacing on any particular team.

Any existing player who introduces a new player to our league is eligible for a $20 "finders fee". Please have the new player write down the name of his friend at the top of their registration. Applies to any new player provided they have not been enrolled in SCBA before.
Fill out the Registration form (complete one form per player) and place in a sealed envelope along with the appropriate registration fee(s) plus the refundable volunteer fee and uniform fee. Mark the envelope "SCBA Registration" and the players name, and do one of the following:
1) Drop off in SCBA mailbox in Batting Cage at Lionel Courchene Park any time during offseason training sessions.
2) Drop off at Guildford Boston Pizza (15125 - 100th Ave.), from Jan. 1st to Mar. 31st, 2010). Guildford Boston Pizza is a proud long-time sponsor of SCBA, and offers a personal size pizza to all SCBA players who drop off their registrations at the restaurant.
3) Mail to: Surrey Canadian Baseball Association, #151, 10090 - 152nd St., Box 308, Surrey B.C. V3R 8X8.
